Customer Service
At Datacenter101, we hold ourselves to a very high level when it comes to the support and service we provide to our customers. If you are a technically capable, intelligent, determined individual, we look forward to hearing from you. This position requires 1-2 years experience in a call center environment.

Systems Operator
The ideal candidate must possess strong multi-tasking with the ability to manage multi issues at one time. Position installs, maintains, monitors, analyzes, and troubleshoots data center equipment and software. Knowledge of basic HVAC & emergency power generation systems a plus.

NOC Administrator
This is a hands-on position. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our world-class Data Center and NOC Operations. This person must have very strong knowledge and experience in TCP/IP internetworking, VLANs, switches, routers and firewalls. Must have experience with configuring and troubleshooting advanced routing protocols such as OSPF, EIGRP and BGP.
